2. Vocabulary Review

• We are going to start with a vocabulary preview. 
• There are LOTS of words in this text that are new or unfamiliar. 
• Find a word you want to know more about then come up and CLAIM IT on the whiteboard (nobody else can take your word) 
• I am going to have you create a FRAYER of a word of your choice (top right) 

3. Reading 

• You have a copy of the text on paper. 
• We are going to read the text together using our cards. 
• We all have to stay vigilant and focused - this is a VERY informative text. 

4. Navigating the Waters 

• There are questions uploaded in Google Classroom called "Navigating the Waters: The Psychology of Evil" 
• You are going to use the RACE Format to respond to the questions.
