• I've shared a new story with you using GoFormative. It's called "The Necklace."
• Reminder: You can zoom in to see the text larger, but be sure to answer each blue numbered question as you read.
• If you can't answer a question in the moment, go back and re-read until you can answer the question.

Essay Coming Soon:

• This FRIDAY you will be writing an in-class essay comparing the story you read today to a poem I will give you in class. If you feel like you missed something (or if you were absent today), you should definitely read the story for homework.

Reminders:

• DUE THURSDAY: The final draft of your Poe/Laughton Essay. 
• THIS FRIDAY: End of the grading period.
